What is Yoga Nidra?
Nidra translates to sleep in Sanskrit. Yoga Nidra is an ancient discipline that leads you from awareness to a state of effortless existence between wakefulness and deep sleep. The practice of Yoga Nidra dates back to around 1000 BC.
In essence, Yoga Nidra involves non-action. By following guided meditation, we can release tension across all aspects of our being and achieve complete relaxation.
This deep rest helps us tap into our inner wisdom, enabling us to break free from unconscious limitations.
In my personal practice, I have reestablished my gratitude towards life. I have been moved to become a creator of my reality by aligning my deepest aspirations within my subconscious.
Exploring the duality of my existence through Yoga Nidra has allowed me to embody a deeper sense of Oneness. By delving into the dualities of light and darkness, stillness and movement, I have come to appreciate the interconnectedness of all aspects of life.
